Got questions?
We've got answers
We want to make sure you feel confident that our service is right for you. Here we’ve looked to address some commonly asked questions. If you have any more specific questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch with a member of the team.

What is a credit?
One credit is 30 minutes of design and production work. Buy a balance upfront and spend it on whatever you need, whenever you need it. Only the work itself draws down credits.
Do meetings and calls use credits?
No. Kickoff calls, scoping discussions, feedback sessions and anything else that involves talking rather than making are free. You are only charged for work that ends up in the file.
How do we know what a piece will cost before we commit?
We scope it with you first. You bring the brief, we talk it through, and your project manager comes back with a credit cost before anyone starts. That conversation costs nothing, so you always see the number before you approve it.
Do credits expire?
No. It is a one time payment and your balance stays until you use it. That is the point of the model, since it lets you commit budget before a quarter closes and spend it at your own pace.
Which plan should we buy?
Starter at 1,000 credits is the baseline. Growth at 2,000 brings the rate to $16 and saves $4,000 against buying the same volume at Starter rates. Enterprise at 4,000 or more brings it to $13 and saves over $20,000. Buy the tier your annual volume actually reaches, because the rate is where the value sits.
What happens when we run out?
You top up. Starter and Growth top up at $18 per credit and Enterprise tops up at $13. Worth knowing that Growth tops up above its own effective rate, so if you expect to run past 2,000 credits it is cheaper to buy the larger balance upfront.
How is this different from the subscription?
Credits suit work that arrives in peaks, a launch in April and a conference in September with quiet in between. A subscription suits steady output every month with a team already in motion. If you need something most weeks, the subscription is the better fit and we will tell you so.
What can we spend credits on?
Anything we make. 2D, 3D and UI animation, explainers, product demos, social content and the design around them. Credits are not tied to a format, which is why they work when you do not yet know what the year needs.
What are the payment terms?
The full balance is paid upfront when you buy it. There is nothing further to pay until you top up.
