What started as a single project quickly evolved into a long-term partnership with Mirakl. Our role grew from creating standout videos to becoming their 360 creative partner, providing marketing event support, developing branding across four global events, editing client testimonial and event recap videos, producing product launches and explainer content, and designing new Lottie animations for their website.

Challenges we faced

Coordinating multiple stakeholders

With rapid internal changes at Mirakl, we communicated directly with both their product and marketing teams, managing 7+ rounds of revisions — from logo tweaks to copy updates and product section changes. Staying aligned across departments was key to keeping the projects on track.

Creating UI from scratch

Many projects were tied to event launches, and Mirakl didn’t provide UI screens. Working under tight deadlines across multiple events, we collaborated closely with their product team to create mock-up UI assets that closely matched the products still in development, while keeping everything stylized, clear, and on-brand.

Managing multi-format production

This project wasn’t just about animation — we also delivered event assets (stage backdrops, openings, speaker intros), 8 customer interview video edits, and Lottie animations for their website. With very little time between the four events, coordinating all formats simultaneously required a structured workflow to efficiently manage versions, assets, and approvals without compromising quality.

Shift work

For tight-deadline Mirakl projects, we allocated team members across different shifts to keep production moving without delays. Multiple team members rotated across the project at different hours, helping us maintain momentum throughout the week. When deadlines were tied to major campaigns or events, we also added weekend shifts to make sure everything was delivered on time without compromising quality.

Parallel production

On some projects, 4 or more team members worked simultaneously on different parts — from animations and event assets to customer interviews — allowing us to deliver more in less time while maintaining quality across all formats.

Sclaeable asset creation

Every asset was designed with reuse and repurposing in mind, so videos, UI mock-ups, and Lottie animations could be leveraged across campaigns, events, and channels without compromising brand consistency or visual quality.
