Y Combinator
This wasn’t just about a fresh logo; it was about crafting a brand and digital presence that matched their ambition, stood out in the competitive AI space, and resonated with their target audience.
Through close collaboration and iterative feedback, we partnered with them to launch their new identity and create a powerful foundation for growth, ensuring their brand reflected their evolution and their goals as a startup.

How we balanced quality, speed, and budget for Y Combinator startups

In Summer 2025, we had a flood of projects all with the same tight deadlines. It turned out to be a wave of Y Combinator (San Francisco) Summer 2025 clients gearing up for Demo Day. We supported them from planning and scriptwriting all the way through to the finished product, delivering high-quality videos in under two weeks while staying within budget.

From discovery to decision: why they chose us

This wasn’t our first time working with a YC startup on a tight deadline, but it was the first time several came in at once. We first got noticed by reaching out to a startup called Finto, and after delivering, they referred us to other YC startups in the same batch. What clients appreciated most was our fast turnaround, fair pricing, and consistent quality, which made us a reliable partner for these YC startups.
The challenges

7 Videos, 2 weeks, 0 delays

Fast-paced production schedule

With a fixed launch date and investor pitches ahead, we had to move fast and stay aligned to deliver everything on time.

Design catching up to development

YC’s startups tend to have no design assets and a product evolving at speed, so we reworked their UI to look cohesive and visually interesting.

Hackathon style workflow

We had a packed schedule and multiple YC clients to handle, so it was all hands on deck, big team, late nights, and open communication to keep things moving without burning out.

Result

The results we delivered

Each video took us less than two weeks to finish, and some clients even went with our Superfast Delivery option to guarantee everything was ready on time. Every project had its own story and needed a unique approach, so we focused on them one at a time instead of trying to run them all at once. To keep things on track, we put extra resources into each project and made sure to QC every step, ensuring the final result always met our standards.

Workflow

How we managed tight

deadlines without burning out

Every project has different requirements. Some require more time for storyboarding, while others need extra time for animation. When several YC clients approached us with the same Demo Day deadline, we reorganised our workflow and allocated additional resources to ensure that each project remained on track and that we delivered high-quality results on time.

Planning the workflow

Our project managers mapped out each task, assigning the right mix of designers, storyboard artists, and animators. This made priorities clear and kept every project on track.

Allocating resources

For YC projects with tight timelines, we brought in extra hands and extended hours. That helped us deliver quickly while keeping quality and detail consistent.

Keeping things moving

While one group focused on YC clients, others handled ongoing projects. This system kept everything balanced deadlines met, teams supported, and all clients satisfied.

The Outcome

The feedback that matters

The videos we made weren’t just for YC mentors and investors. After Demo Day, Y Combinator’s official LinkedIn started sharing the companies from the batch. Our clients’ posts pulled in over 400 interactions each, way above the average YC post.
